This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. I've been to many of the different Mexican restaurants in Washington and Union and Pulque is by far my favorite. The steak and mushrooms entree I had last time was delicious with perfectly seasoned rice and refried beans on the side. Their tacos are great also. The service is fast and friendly as well. I look forward to trying more of the menu in the future and trying one of the great margaritas people have told me about.
Do yourself a favor and ditch the blan Missouri food, and come get some real flavorful food at this spot. I was about to give up hope on Missouri then I fou d this spot and let me tell you I will gladly return to this state just to eat hear !
Great first time experience. Staff server was great, very friendly and big smile which always goes for a great dinner! The food was plentiful and had good taste. I like a more authentic Mexican food less Americanized if that makes sense. If I wanted American food I would go get a burger not Fried Palanto peppers.
The food is consistently excellent. We've tried a variety of dishes and never been disappointed. And the salsa is our very favorite! The service is always professional, quick, and respectful. Highly recommend.

Excellent food, service, and Staff! This was the best Mexican Restaurant I've eaten at in a long time. Chips and Salsa were served as soon as we sat down and they were home-made, fresh and tasty. My Fajitas plate was delicious and had just the right amount of green peppers and onions. Ricardo, our Waiter was friendly and always there when we needed him, he really made our night. The Decor was vibrant, enjoyable to look at, and very clean. You can't beat the prices either. We'll be back and highly recommend Pulque!
Our favorite place in Washington! The food is amazing and the drinks always poured heavy! The service here is great and a bonus to dining in. They all work together and you can tell they all care about each other. Such a fun family friendly environment.
One of the nicest Mexican meals I have in quite a while! Great service and the food was delicious! The Fajita Texana was delicious, chicken, beef and shrimp cooked perfectly, a nice amount of onions & peppers, not overpowering the meal. Sides were also excellent! So often Mexican restaurants serve OK food, this was superb! Looking forward to the next meal.
